Device Developer

The Device Developers’ Conference is a new series of focused events for the developers of "intelligent systems and intelligent devices". This year the Conference will be in May and in Bristol on the 14th, Cambridge the 16th and finishes in Manchester on 22nd. We are exhibiting, alongside an A list of the suppliers to the UK embedded systems industry. We are also planning a workshop on the new version of MISRA-C. Componant Obsolescence Group 12 March

Phaedrus Systems will be presenting a paper on overcomming software obsolesence with development tools. How to survive if your project has a 20 year support life in the field.

Embedded World Nuremberg 26-28 Feb

Embedded world is the biggest event in embedded systems. In Nuremberg from February 26th to 28th it can be overwhelmingly large but with a little planning you can catch up with developments in your areas of interest. It may be late to get a hotel room for anything less than a King’s ransom, but if you are near an appropriate airport you might be able to fit in a day trip.
